Rev. Robert Herrmann
Bob was born and grew up near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He was converted to the Lord Jesus Christ while attending Geneva College in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania. He earned his B.A. in History from Geneva in 1972 and a Masters of Divinity Degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in South Hamilton, Massachusetts in 1975. Before coming to Sovereign Grace, Pastor Herrmann served congregations near Chicago, Pensacola, and southeastern Pennsylvania all affiliated with the Presbyterian Church in America. Bob and his wonderful wife, Jeanne, have two grown children.
Elder John Rajca
John was born and raised in Chicago and migrated out to San Diego to go to college and stayed. John has a MS in Biology from the Institute for Creation Research (ICR) and MA in Faith and Culture from Trinity International University. For 19 years John was the Director of the museum at ICR. John and his wife Johanna and their three children live in Beaumont California.

Elder Matt Thalmayer
Matt grew up in Redlands and graduated from Calvin College with group major in Business/Psychology. Matt and his wife Jennifer have two children ages 11 and 9. He and his brother run a local staffing business, and he currently serves on the Redlands Christian School and Arrowhead Christian Academy School board.
